Our sweet potato is coated in rapeseed oil (the best for roasting), fiery cayenne pepper and a generous pinch of sea salt then roasted low and slow until soft and sweet.
Red pepper
Crunchy red peppers bring a refreshing, crisp bite to every bite to our Superfood Salad Bowl. Packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber; they’re a nutrient-dense addition.
Herby white beans
Our white bean salad is savoury, tangy, and full of flavour. We combine hearty white beans with briny Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, a splash of apple cider vinegar, a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Red pepper houmous
Made with chickpeas, white beans, grilled red peppers, smoky paprika, and a hint of cayenne pepper, our red pepper houmous is rich and creamy whilst offering a satisfying protein boost.
Pink pickled onions
We soak our pink pickled onions in gut-friendly apple cider vinegar overnight, allowing them to absorb the flavour and develop the perfect touch of tartness.
Tomato rice
