We strive to make food that makes you
feel good, and we believe natural, fresh meals made from real, whole food ingredients is key to this.

We use plant-based, nutrient-rich ingredients, and we use lots of them – in fact every meal we make includes at least 10 different plant varieties*. Rather than focusing on just one nutrition goal, our meals provide plant diversity so you get the benefits of so many different vitamins and minerals. Not only does this mean delicious, diverse flavour but we believe it’s the best way to improve overall health and truly feel your best.

What do we mean by
plant varieties?

Plant varieties are anything that are grown naturally. Vegetables and fruit and the first to come to mind, but plant varieties also covers wholegrains, pulses, legumes, seeds, nuts, herbs and spices - ingredients we use in abundance in our meals.

Leading nutritionists recommend eating 30 plant varieties a week, for better overall health and improved gut health. We calculate the plant varieties in our meals our ‘plant points’ formula.
