We started Pollen + Grace to help busy people eat well and feel good. And we believe this starts with fresh, nutrient-rich food.
We lead with fresh vegetables, wholegrains, beans, pulses and lean protein because we believe nothing beats real food. We avoid added sugar, excessive salt and ultra-processed ingredients as much as possible.

Eating a diverse mix of different veg, grains and beans means you get more nutrients - every colour provides a different mix of vitamins and minerals so a bright, varied plate means more nutritional value.

Fibre is our top nutrition priority when developing our meals and we make sure every meal is at least a source of fibre.
We achieve this through using lots of different beans which are naturally high in fibre, loads of veg and wholegrains like quinoa which has 10x more fibre than white rice.

From May 2026, we now offer a range of chicken and vegetarian meals as well as plant-based. We also have gluten free and dairy free meals within our ranges.
This marks a huge shift for us, but one we’re truly excited about as it brings us closer to our mission of making nourishing food work for more people, more often. We hope that through introducing this range we can help more people enjoy a healthier option.
