Sweet mustard dressing
The fresh dill, diced red onion and punchy mustard marinade complement the creaminess of the boiled baby potatoes and take our potato salad to the next level (we leave the skin-on our potatoes for all the good fibre and nutrients ofc).
Our red and white quinoa mix adds great texture to the bowl, as well as adding a good source of plant-based protein and fibre.
Carrot lox is our plant-based take on smoked salmon, using a tangy, savoury marinade to replicate that classic, smoky taste. Packed with umami flavour, the 24hr marinading process transforms carrots ribbons from bland to bold.
Our cored cucumber slices add a delicious freshness to the bowl, and complement the punchy flavours of the potato salad and mustard dressing.
We use both dijon and wholegrain mustard in our sweet mustard dressing, and balance the heat with a little sugar and white wine vinegar for a classic vinaigrette. A little goes a long way thanks to the punchy flavour!
