Our chickpeas are coated in a sweet and spicy harissa pasta then roasted until crispy and delicious

Inspired by the Middle East, we keep our houmous classic – just lots of garlic, lemon juice and a generous drizzle of tahini for extra creaminess

Our sweet potato is coated in rapeseed oil (the best for roasting), fiery cayenne pepper and a generous pinch of sea salt then roasted low and slow until soft and sweet.

Dukkah is a delicious mix of herbs, nuts and spices – we use nigella seeds, paprika, coriander and fennel seeds in ours. We mix this through our quinoa to create a flavour-packed base for our Mezze Grain Bowl, more akin to cous cous than quinoa.

We soak our red cabbage in gut-friendly apple cider vinegar overnight to add tartness whilst keeping a fresh crunch to the cabbage.

This spicy green chilli and coriander sauce hails from Yemen and is popular in Middle Eastern food. It’s fragrant, zesty and heavy on the herbs with a slight kick from green chillies.

Cayenne roasted sweet potato

Our sweet potato is coated in rapeseed oil (the best for roasting), fiery cayenne pepper and a generous pinch of sea salt then roasted low and slow until soft and sweet.

Fresh from field to fork, our rocket is sourced locally when possible for max freshness. With a bright, pepper-y flavour, rocket is rich in folate and vitamin K.
