Made from fresh mango, mixed with lemon, fresh ginger and nigella seeds, our mango salsa adds a sweet, fruity freshness to the bowl.
Wild rice adds a delicious nutty flavour and extra protein boost.
Lightly pickled in gut-loving apple cider vinegar, our grated carrot and cabbage slaw adds extra crunch and freshness to the bowl, perfectly paired with the spiced potatoes and creamy raita.
Our custom recipe raita is made from plant-based coconut yoghurt, which is filled with gut-friendly bacteria, mixed with grated cucumber, mint and coriander.
